'Tropicoqueta': This is what Feid said about Karol G's new album.
Karol G's new album , "Tropicoqueta," is receiving widespread acclaim from her most loyal (almost religiously devoted) fans. The Paisa singer seems to have once again managed to break new ground and offer a broader range of sounds and themes than reggaeton or urban music.
And she has taken the risk of trying a bolero in English ( 'Papasito' ), slower songs like 'Dile luna' and other approaches to Colombian rhythms in which the battle of love and heartbreak is evident.

' Tropicoqueta' features 20 songs and includes Latin American sounds ranging from merengue to vallenato. "The songs I grew up listening to, the sounds that made me fall in love with music," the singer wrote on Instagram. There are hints of vallenato, a collaboration with Manu Chau , and even the flavor of salsa, just to name a few distinctive elements of this album.

But something that has caught the attention is the accompaniment on 'Verano rosa' of Feid, 'la Bichota's' sentimental partner and who was expected to support Karol G as part of her new musical adventure.

“This party isn’t the same if you’re not here / Today the bottles are in your name / Today I’ll do anything to see you / Even if I’ve tried it with other men / Nobody does it like you do,” says part of the song’s lyrics, which, in turn, reaffirms the good sentimental moment the couple is experiencing.
"This is what PINK SUMMER sounds like with my beautiful Queen, the most awesome, talented, dedicated, hard-working, cute, gorgeous, and special tropical flirt in the world!!!" the singer excitedly wrote on his social media. It's worth remembering that this musical duo (Karol G-Feid) had been brewing for a while, as the song Verano Azul was even considered for inclusion on the artist's previous album, 'Mañana será bonito'.
