Frank Caprio, 'America's kindest judge,' last video before his death

This Wednesday, August 20, the death of Frank Caprio, known on social media as "America's Kindest Judge," who became world-famous for his videos, was confirmed.
Through his publications, the 88-year-old always sought to show the more human side of justice, dedicating part of his career to reducing or eliminating penalties in cases where he demonstrated sincere remorse or a need for empathy.

One of the qualities that characterized him was his thoughtfulness, which is why he always showed himself to be a helpful and respectful person when expressing himself, an attitude that accompanied him until his death.
Thus, in the last video he shared through his Instagram account, he asked everyone to include him in their prayers, but most importantly, to always remember him.
In the message, the man also emphasized: "It's very obvious that I'm going through a very difficult period. I had a setback and had to return to the hospital ," referring to his delicate health.
"I'm a firm believer in the power of prayer, and I believe that the Almighty, up above, is looking down on us," Caprio commented before ending the clip in which he asked to be included in people's prayers.
