Journalist Erika Zapata , known for her reports for Noticias Caracol , shared her sadness this Saturday, July 12, over what appears to be a romantic disappointment.

"Sometimes I ask God a lot to remember me and for my heart to be well. I'm not a perfect person, but I don't deserve to suffer as much every time I want to love as other people do. I'm used, discarded, and hurt," Zapata wrote on her X social media account.

The famous Antioquian journalist also shared her situation on TikTok.

"It's one of those days when you wake up sad, gloomy, 'finished'. Sometimes I show a lot of strength to people... but in my personal life there are things that hurt a lot... When I've perhaps wanted to live... when other people fall in love... I don't know how I've had so much strength sometimes in complex moments of life," Zapata said, through tears, in a video on his profile on that social network.
Zapata has been known to share her mood and personal life with her followers. Recently, she revealed that she had undergone breast reduction surgery to reduce the size of her breasts.

This surgical procedure aims to improve the shape of the breast and alleviate physical and emotional discomfort associated with large breasts. Reduction mammoplasty removes excess breast tissue, fat, and skin, reshapes the breast, and repositions the nipple and areola if necessary.
