Last Monday, July 7, a boy in Ohio, United States, became trapped in a stuffed animal vending machine after entering through the prize door to retrieve a toy.

The incident was captured by security cameras at the Mason Community Center and by some people who were strolling by at the time of the incident.

According to images circulating on social media, the little boy carefully approached the claw machine, opened the bottom hatch, and slowly inserted his body until he was completely surrounded by the dolls.

Moments later, a man in a blue shirt walking down the aisle is astonished to find a child inside the device, so he decides to alert the employees of a nearby store.

Shortly after, a woman appears in the frame with a little girl in her arms. Upon realizing the child's location, she tries to reach through the hatch to get him out, but to no avail.

Desperate to get the little one out of the vending machine, the citizen puts the baby on the floor so she can move around more easily . Seconds later, she appears, looking for a solution to the unexpected situation.

Despite the woman's efforts, the child remained stuck between the device's hatch and the toys for several minutes, so some people decided to alert the center's authorities.

Security personnel immediately launched an operation to rescue the minor without injury. This included disconnecting the machine and moving it to a nearby workshop to create access to the rear.

According to several local media reports, the child managed to escape the claw machine safely after the incident. Meanwhile, guards confirmed that the Mason Community Center did not file charges against the family.

Although the incident caused panic in the community, one of the facility's spokespersons explained that no legal action was taken against the child's representatives, as no material damage was evident at the facility.
