Franche-Comté. Young Conductors Competition: China Arrives in Force
Among the twenty finalists - who have just been selected - for the International Young Chefs Competition next September in Besançon, four are Chinese and nine are from the Asian continent.
The Chinese are in charge in Besançon. Nationals from the Middle Kingdom make up the largest contingent among the candidates selected for the final of the 59th Young Conductors' Competition, which will take place at the end of September during the International Music Festival.
