He was supposed to get the crowds dancing this weekend with stars from the electro world: the Summer Vibes festival in Fréjus is compromised

According to our information, the official organizer is facing serious financial difficulties.

Among its partners, the City of Fréjus and its tourist office, which stopped promoting it a few days ago, did not wish to comment, confirm or deny this probable cancellation.

Many electro music stars were scheduled to perform, such as Steve Angello, Claptone, Feder, Cassius, and Quentin Mosimann. First created in Saint-Aygulf in the summer of 2016, attracting big names in electro music from its first edition, the festival has continued to grow year after year, moving to the Base Nature in 2019.

Long free, the Summer Vibes festival had to introduce a paid entrance fee starting in the summer of 2023, although it remained affordable compared to other festivals. However, organizers had to increase the entry fee for subsequent summers to cover the ever-increasing costs.

Refund arrangements are still unknown in the event of a cancellation. The Fréjus Tourist Office, a long-standing partner of the festival, is better placed to provide information to ticket holders.
