Pont-à-Mousson. Parade, music and fireworks: the tradition of July 14th respected

In Pont-à-Mousson, the fireworks display and associated festivities take place on July 14. As every year, hundreds of people gathered at Place Duroc in the early evening, then migrated to the banks of the Moselle or the Pont Gélot to admire the magnificent fireworks display.

The Bastille Day festivities kicked off Monday evening on Place Duroc with honors for the firefighters who received medals, as well as a parade of trucks and other vehicles that greatly impressed young and old alike. Then, Rose Tickets, a group of five local musicians, dressed all in pink, set Place Duroc ablaze with their funky rock covers. Noémie, the singer, Yohan, Sven, Paul, and Enzo met at the Music Academy in Nancy and decided to make it their profession together. It was the first time they had performed on the Place Duroc stage.

Around 10:30 p.m., it was already time to head to the banks of the Moselle. Once the lights went out, it was time for the fireworks display, with the latest hits playing in the background to share a magical moment together.
