Rhône. In Savigny, the lapidary museum becomes the Antoine-Coquard museum

The city council approved the name change of the lapidary museum, to pay tribute to the man who, in the 19th century, collected the sculpted stones from the Saint-Martin Abbey.

The Savigny Heritage of Yesterday and Tomorrow association has proposed to the municipal council that the lapidary museum be named after Antoine-Coquard in order to pay tribute to the man who collected the sculpted stones from the Saint-Martin Abbey.
