'The Art of Good Writing' as told by Marino Collacciani

The book, published by Armando Curcio Editore and with a preface by Gianni Letta, will be presented in Rome on Wednesday 16 July at 6:30 pm at the Due Ponti Sporting Club
Born as a guide for aspiring writers and an authentic act of love for the Italian language, “The Art of Good Writing” is Marino Collacciani's new book , published by Armando Curcio Editore and featuring a preface by Gianni Letta, which will be presented in Rome on Wednesday, July 16th at 6:30 pm at the Due Ponti Sporting Club. The book begins with the essential need to always resort to 'good writing'. Thought can only be fully expressed through words. And words, in order not to disappear, see writing as the best means . Social media, increasingly invasive , make extensive use of this medium, often resorting to debased language. A 'poor' language that inevitably becomes the expression of 'miserable' thought, devoid of depth and critical sense. Are there solutions to this intellectual drift? The answer is yes, provided that a true 'cultural revolution' is implemented, which starts from the conscience of each of us and from the awareness that in the AI era the risk is high , not only for textual expression, but above all for the unparalleled and authentic reasoning that makes us unique.
The presentation will be presented by Livia Brienza Toussan, dean of the Santa Maria Institute in Rome, and will be attended by Anna Gentilini, editorial director of Armando Curcio Editore; Emanuele and Pietro Tornaboni, presidents of the Due Ponti Sporting Club; Luigia Latteri, head of the organizational secretariat of the renowned sports club; and journalist Luana Cavazzuti, a food and wine expert and major event curator. The presentation is part of the "Due Ponti…ea capo/Cultura in movimento" initiative, a concept strongly supported by the Tornaboni brothers to connect the concept of sport with cultural promotion in the literary and scientific fields, with a focus on social issues, with a particular focus on solidarity and volunteerism.
