A long Ferragosto holiday for dancing. The music is always on at the disco.

A long Ferragosto holiday for dancing. The music is always on at the disco.

With the arrival of Ferragosto, Rimini's nightclub scene also kicks off, with a series of unmissable events taking place between Thursday and Friday. From Pagante at Villa delle Rose in Misano, to Marco Carola and Andrea Damante at Space in Riccione, and techno from Cocoricò, in a double bill split between the Piramide and the Rimini Beach Arena.

A two-day event dedicated to nightlife enthusiasts kicks off Thursday in the hills of Misano with James Hype, Samuele Sartini, and Room9, ready to transport the crowd until dawn on another Ferragosto. The music in the Villa will continue the following day (Friday) with Il Pagante. The duo, Brancar and Eddy Veerus, are on a long summer tour celebrating their 15th anniversary and are fresh off the release of their latest album, Fomo: once again the soundtrack to the Italian clubbing scene.

Around Space in Riccione, things always start on Thursday, dancing to Marco Carola. The Neapolitan DJ returns to the Riccione hills after his appearance on June 26th, for an unforgettable evening dedicated to techno lovers.

Twenty-four hours later, it will be Andrea Damante's turn (Friday evening), making his debut at Space. With a huge following on social media, Damante first gained recognition by appearing on Uomini e Donne, and from there, success blossomed. In recent years, he's discovered his true passion, electronic music, touring the world behind the decks and performing at the best clubs.

The long Ferragosto holiday, dedicated to Riviera clubs, concludes at Cocoricò with a techno appetizer by Metamorfosi (Thursday). Sixteen DJs will perform in the rooms of Cocoricò for a marathon of great music. Special guest of the evening, performing in the Piramide, is Joseph Capriati, in a b2b with Jamie Jones. This performance will see the electronic music wizards share the decks for a journey through two merging techno worlds.

The following day (Friday), Cocoricò will split its venue between the historic Piramide and the Rimini Beach Arena, ready to celebrate Ferragosto in the best possible way. Eleven DJs will perform at the venue's various stages, offering a carousel of emotions. Guests will include East and Dubs, Manda Moor, Idriss D, and many more.

That same evening, but near Miramare di Rimini, the Beach Arena brings Cocco to the seaside with Cocoricò on the Beach. Taking to the stage of the Arena, which this summer hosted some of the biggest names in global techno, will be Paswa, Seth Troxler, Omar S, Miguel and Tons, and DJ Cream; the event will begin at sunset and continue non-stop until the early hours.
