Success for the Friulian operetta about the love story between Eline and Karl

WATCH THE VIDEO REPORT . The story told is the true story of the challenging love between Eline, a young Friulian woman originally from Spilimbergo, and the German soldier Karl. They are the protagonists of "La sielte di Eline," an operetta in Friulian in four acts with music by Vertilio Battistella, which premiered last night at the Teatro Lavaroni in Artegna. It's the years of the Second World War, and a feeling develops between the two that no historical event will be able to shatter, and which will last over time. The show, starring Elena Bazzo in the role of Eline and Federico Lepre as Karl, tells the story of a love stronger than any conflict. Accompanying the two is the music of the Fano Institute Wind Orchestra and the Federico Lepre Ensemble, conducted by Enrico Cossio. “La sielte di Eline” will be repeated this evening at 8:45 pm at the Teatro Del Gallo in Travesio and on Friday 3 October at the Teatro Vittoria in Fagagna.
