Book Fair 2025: Today's Recommendations, May 2

After the Labor Day holiday, a different Friday was announced thanks to the long weekend established by the government. For those staying in the city, the Book Fair is a great option for enjoying the afternoon. For now, at 5 p.m., an interview with actor Gonzalo Heredia will take place at the Clarín/Ñ cultural space about his novel Extranjera .

At 2:00 PM, writer Cecilia Pisos , author of several beautiful children's literature books, and illustrator Mey will share their knowledge in the workshop "How to Draw and Enchant a Character" in the Zona Futuro. At the same time, the official opening of the 28th International Storytelling Conference "Storytellers and Storytellers" will take place with a tribute to storytellers from Casa Cuna Cuenteros and the Garrahan Hospital. Also at 5:30 p.m., the first reading panel of the 18th International Poetry Festival will take place with Ricardo Añez Montiel (Venezuela), Graciela Aráoz, Silvia Camerotto, and Lolita Campani Beretta (Brazil – bilingual reading) in the Adolfo Bioy Casares room.
