It is revealed that the Puebla Welfare delegate accompanied the CJNG leaders when they were arrested.

PUEBLA, Pue., (apro).- Anallely López Hernández, delegate of the Ministry of Welfare of the government of Alejandro Armenta Mier, was at the same address in Guadalajara, Jalisco, where Nazario Ramírez was arrested, identified by the Ministry of Security and Citizen Protection as an operator of the Jalisco New Generation Cartel (CJNG).

The news portal e-Consulta published part of the investigation file FED/FEMDO/FEIDCS-JAL/000000975/2025 initiated by the Attorney General's Office (FGR) following the arrest of Nazario Ramírez and two other members of the criminal group identified as Juan Martín Espinoza and Jorge Octavio Quezada, which was made public on October 15.

This document reports that during a search of a house located at 2965 San Gabriel Street, Jardines del Bosque neighborhood, in Guadalajara, Jalisco, weapons, cartridges, one kilogram and 170 doses of methamphetamine were found. Five women and a 10-month-old baby were also found.

Among those women—who were asked to leave the house for the arrest—is Anallely López Hernández, the current delegate of the State Welfare Secretariat in Region 8 of Libres.

It's worth noting that local media had already exposed López Hernández's close relationship with Ramírez Ramírez, who was known as a businessman in Puebla and a transportation leader with the CTM in Jalisco, close to various politicians and government officials in both states.

On her social media, the state official posted photos of expensive gifts and helicopter rides. She even boasted that she was given a Sahara model Jeep Wrangler, which happened to have Jalisco license plates.

Following Nazario Ramírez's arrest, López Hernández disappeared from the public eye until this Wednesday, when he attended a meeting with Laura Artemisa García Chávez, who had just been appointed head of the state Welfare Secretariat.

Following this, Olga Lucía Romero Garci-Crespo, state leader of Morena, defended the state official by arguing that there is no complaint against her, while also dismissing the information linking her to the detained businessman as an "attack by the opposition."

Photographs of Ramírez embracing Armenta and Jalisco Governor Pablo Lemus, among other politicians and officials, have also been published. He was also mentioned during the press conference of the Morena mayor of Oriental, Fidel Flores Concha, and made a donation to the "Lechetón" campaign promoted by Armenta.

Omar García Harfuch posted on social media that Nazario was identified as the operator of a criminal group responsible for extortion and drug dealing in Jalisco and Puebla.
