Fake travel agent deceived 200 Russians for 25 million rubles and disappeared

A travel agent from Tula deceived 200 Russians by offering trips to hotels in Turkey, Egypt, Cuba and Bali. People were bribed by low prices for tours, as well as promised performances during the trip by famous performers such as Shufutinsky, Meladze Savicheva.

As SHOT writes, the fraudster sent contracts from her agency, demanding payment. Then she stopped communicating. Tourists began to suspect deception.

It turned out that no one booked the tours, and the agent herself disappeared from sight. People complain that they cannot get their money back. The search yielded results. The deceived clients found out that the girl is in a psychiatric clinic.

20 families filed a police report. It is known that 200 Russians were injured. The total damage, according to preliminary estimates, amounted to 25 million rubles.
