12 Punto's panel and masterclass program has been announced.

According to a statement from TRT, the programs will feature expert and valuable figures in their fields and will address topics such as screenplay, directing, the animated film industry, co-productions, the film industry, and global film culture with prospective directors and producers.

Director Andrey Zvyagintsev and Golden Globe President Helen Hoehne will give masterclasses at the event. Free, open-to-the-public events will also be held on key topics such as international co-production funds in France and the Netherlands, programs and platforms that serve as bridges within the film industry, the role of the editing process in reconstructing film narratives, and co-production opportunities between Türkiye and the Arab world, and between Turkey and the Turkic world.

As in previous years, the "12 Punto Special" program, featuring special interviews on various branches of cinema and segments showcasing 12 Punto projects and events, will be broadcast live on TRT 2 every evening throughout 12 Punto. The closing and awards ceremony of 12 Punto 2025, to be held on the evening of July 20, will also be broadcast live on TRT 2.

This year, contemporary short films from Palestinian cinema will meet the audience at the 12 Point Open Air Cinema.

The event, which aims to raise awareness of the genocide in Palestine, develop empathy, and pave the way for the sharing of ideas, will feature open-air screenings of director Mohammed Almughanni's "An Orange from Jaffa" and director Kamal Aljafari's "UNDR."

As a tribute to master producer and director Osman Sınav, who passed away in March, the film "Long Story", directed and produced by Sınav and adapted from Mustafa Kutlu's work of the same name, will be screened.

Jessica Hausner's TRT co-production film "Club Zero," which competed in Cannes in 2023, can also be watched outdoors.

A talk titled "Everything About Gassal, From the Script to the Third Season" will be held on TRT 12 Punto on July 14th with the participation of screenwriter and director Sümeyye Karaarslan, actors Ahmet Kural and Hande Soral.

The "Journey of an Animated Film from Dream to Screen" panel will be held on July 15th, the "New Horizons in Co-productions between Turkey and the Arab World" and "Writing at the Screenplay Desk and Writing in the Editing Room" panels will be held on July 17th, and the "New Bridges in Co-productions between Turkey and the Turkic World" panel will be held on July 18th.
