Access to Manifest's concert footage has been blocked

Access to X (Twitter) posts sharing images of the music group Manifest 's concert held in Küçükçiftlik Park on September 6, 2025, was blocked on the grounds of "protecting national security and public order."
The Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office announced that an ex officio investigation had been launched for "indecent acts" and "exhibitionism" crimes related to the dances and performances at Manifest's concert in Küçükçiftlik Park on September 6.
The band members, who testified as part of the investigation, were released on the condition of an international travel ban and judicial control by signature. In a statement on social media, Manifest said, "While we take full responsibility for the show we put on on our stage, we want it to be known that our intention was not to disturb anyone or disregard their sensitivities."
"NATIONAL SECURITY AND PROTECTION OF PUBLIC ORDER" REASONA new development took place today, and access to Manifest's concert footage was blocked by the Ankara 6th Criminal Court of Peace, on the grounds of "protecting national security and public order."
According to the news on the Freedom of Expression Association's website, Engelli Web, the access blocking decision was based on Article 8/A of Law No. 5651.

"In cases where delay is deemed unacceptable, based on one or more of the following grounds: protecting the right to life and the security of life and property, protecting national security and public order, preventing crime, or protecting public health, the President may, upon request of the Presidency or the relevant ministries concerned with protecting national security and public order, preventing crime, or protecting public health, decide to remove content and/or block access to a publication on the internet. The President shall immediately notify the access providers and the relevant content and hosting providers of the decision. The requirements of the decision to remove content and/or block access shall be implemented immediately and at the latest within four hours from the moment the decision is notified."

The Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office announced that an investigation had been launched into the Manifest concert held in Küçükçiftlik Park on Saturday, September 6.
An investigation was launched against the group for "indecent behavior" and "exhibitionism." The statement alleged that the group's dances and performances at the concert "constituted an attack on decency, modesty, modesty, and good manners."
