🔹 AA Live for instant developmentsMeeting with his readers at the stand, journalist and author Ramazan Öztürk said that he liked the fair very much and that the interest of the citizens was high.

Öztürk expressed his pleasure at seeing people of all ages at the fair and continued:

When you think of Diyarbakır from the outside, people get mixed opinions, but the truth isn't. Furthermore, Diyarbakır has changed dramatically, not just with the book fair, but as a city. I visited 10 years ago and I can't believe it. Wide streets, boulevards, modern buildings—above all, a modern urbanization—are here. I think anyone truly curious should see it. Seeing the city in this light, I'm not surprised by the interest in the fair. It's wonderful to have such a popular book fair in a developing city.

Öztürk, who stated that the news documentaries he made in the countries he traveled to during his years as a journalist were broadcast on TRT and that he also wrote a book about the Middle East, covering four countries, said he has now introduced his book, consisting of the diaries he kept during that period, to the reader.
The fair will end tomorrow.
