World-renowned composer and musician Sami Yusuf gave a concert in Istanbul

Music lovers showed great interest in the concert titled "Ecstasy: Between Two Seas" held at Festival Park Yenikapı with the cooperation of Anadolu PSM, SİS Production and Kalyon Agency.
Sami Yusuf, who gave a speech in Turkish at the beginning of the concert, which was watched by approximately 25 thousand people, said:
You are all welcome, you have brought joy. May God protect Türkiye and the Turkic world. May God protect the entire Ummah and humanity. May God protect the nation from evil, and may all our prayers be with our brothers in Gaza and Palestine. We hear you, we stand with you. Türkiye and humanity are always with you, may God help and guide you.

🔹 AA Live for instant developmentsYusuf emphasized that it was a great honor to take the stage with wonderful musicians from around the world, saying, "Istanbul and this country are deep in my heart."
In the concert, the artist was accompanied by famous artists from China, France, England and Spain, as well as vocalists from Türkiye: İbrahim Suat Erbay, Çiğdem Gürdal, Ahmet Yağmur Kucur and Çiğdem Yarkın.
Sami Yusuf opened the concert with his highly acclaimed song "Nasimi," released in 2019. He also performed an encore with the same song at the end of the concert.
The artist, who took the stage with a 75-person orchestra, also introduced his new album "Ecstasy" for the first time at this concert.
Among the pieces performed specifically for this concert were "Between Sea and Sky," accompanied by mehter musicians; "In That Ocean," with its layered rhythms and melodies inspired by the words of Mevlana and Yunus Emre; and "Eterna" and "Amada," featuring Spanish poems and sung for the first time in Spanish by Sami Yusuf.
These two pieces were accompanied by flamenco artist Moro.
Yusuf also dedicated his piece "The Meeting", composed with Fuzuli's lyrics, to Gaza.
Mazhar Alanson and Orhan Gencebay were among those who came to watch the concert, which attracted many famous names from the worlds of business, politics, music and culture and arts.
A portion of the concert proceeds will be donated to support the humanitarian crisis in Palestine and Gaza.
