Meghan Markle Shared Rare Photos of Her Night Out on Broadway—and a Closer Look at Her Outfit
While Prince Harry visited Ukraine, Meghan Markle made a secret solo trip to New York City. The Duchess of Sussex enjoyed a night out on Broadway yesterday, attending Gypsy’s evening show. She also visited the cast backstage.
The duchess was dressed in a black blouse and striking floor-length houndstooth pencil skirt from Carolina Herrera. She shared intimate photos from her meeting with the show’s stars on Instagram, praising the production and lead actress Audra McDonald in her caption.
Meghan wrote, “If you get a chance to see @gypsybway, you absolutely must. Congratulations to the tremendously talented cast and crew for creating magic on that stage. And meeting @audramcdonald for the first time last night….🥹 Her performance will leave you absolutely speechless. Full body chills. I don’t think there was a dry eye in the house, and if the theater didn’t have to close for the night, the standing ovation would still be happening.”
Meghan is fresh off of the success of her lifestyle brand As Ever’s first drop, which sold out in less than an hour. “Our shelves may be empty, but my heart is full!” she wrote on Instagram. “We sold out in less than one hour and I can’t thank you enough…for celebrating, purchasing, sharing, and believing. It’s just the start @aseverofficial 🎉 Here we go!”
