Pamela Anderson and Liam Neeson are officially dating, per People. A source shared that it’s a “budding romance in the early stages. It’s sincere, and it’s clear they’re smitten with each other.” The two actors are currently on a press tour for their new movie The Naked Gun, which will hit theaters on August 1. While they play onscreen lovers, their relationship has clearly made its way off set. Ahead, a complete timeline of their love story.
In an interview with People, Neeson spoke about how much he loved working with Anderson on The Naked Gun. “With Pamela, first off, I’m madly in love with her,” he said. “She’s just terrific to work with. I can’t compliment her enough, I’ll be honest with you. No huge ego. She just comes in to do the work. She’s funny and so easy to work with. She’s going to be terrific in the film.”
Anderson also called Neeson “the perfect gentleman.” She added, “He brings out the best in you…with respect, kindness, and depth of experience. It was an absolute honor to work with him.”
While reflecting on their time filming, Anderson shared that Neeson “sincerely looked after me and wrapped his coat around me when I was cold.”
May 7Anderson told Entertainment Weekly that her chemistry with Neeson was “clear from the start.” She also shared that they have “the utmost respect for one another.”
She continued to gush about Neeson, saying that they bonded over their shared love of literature and comedy. She even cooked for him. “I also baked my sourdough bread for therapy and regularly shared with him, along with cookies and muffins.” She would leave the treats in his dressing room.
They also spent some quality time together away from set. “We had many dinners out with the cast,” Anderson said. “I invited him and his assistant over for romantic dinners with me and my assistant so our relationship stayed ‘professionally romantic’ during filming.”
July 8In an Entertainment Weekly cover story, Anderson shared that she thinks she has a “friend forever in Liam, and we definitely have a connection that is very sincere, very loving, and he’s a good guy.”
