Melody-Rose, the young Antibes girl who will rock The Voice Kids this Saturday, September 13

Melody-Rose, 11, soon to be 12, from Mont Saint-Jean Middle School in Antibes, didn't wait long to turn to music. "As soon as I was born, one of the first things I heard was music. I've been immersed in it forever," she confides.
With a singer and pianist father and a mother who sang regularly, a taste for the stage was in her genes. Since she was four, she has been taking piano and singing lessons at the conservatory.
Spotted after participating in the Disney centenary show at Paris La Défense Arena, Melody-Rose jumped at the opportunity to try her hand at The Voice Kids.
The Jackson 5 to validate his blind auditionsFor her blind auditions, she chose I Want You Back by the Jackson 5. "It's a very dynamic song and Michael Jackson is my idol. I want the audience to have fun, dance and have fun watching me," she explains.
Described as cheerful, funny and full of energy, Melody-Rose is not closing any doors for the future: "I don't know if I'll end up as a singer. Maybe a writer or a scientist trying to find a vaccine against cancer... But for now, music gives me so much pleasure!"
This Saturday, TF1 viewers will have the opportunity to discover this young Antibes woman full of talent and enthusiasm, ready to win over the public with her voice and her infectious good humor.
