and Fabio WolfThe luxury of poetry is at the Teater Elfo Puccini with “The First Light of Neruda”, the drama inspired by the biographical novel of the esteemed writer Ruggero Cappuccio on the slippery and portentous life of the pussé great poet of Latin America: Pablo Neruda. Under the direction of the Argentinian Cesar Brie, always profound and visionary, on the stage four formidable actors showed to the public the parable of the poet and his companion Matilde Urrutia, an opera singer. Umberto Terruso and Silvia Ferretti interpret youth, while Elio De Capitani and Cristina Crippa interpret maturity. These two monuments of the theater can inscì viv their long and intense story of love in life and on the stage.
On a delicate and cruel journey that touches the memory, on a choreography of feelings, from the first bridge in the park of Santiago up to the exile in Capri and then she ended up in Chile, under the ferocious dictatorship of the infamous Pinochet, who will make her fearful in the face. The songs of Violeta Parra accompany the show with great emotion, interpreted from the life of an exceptional singer: Francesca Breschi, collaborator of Giovanna Marini. Music gives rise to that wonderful and merciless season in Chile in the seventies. A Hinn represents Neruda's three loves: Chile, Matilde and Italy. Like Brie, who found the friendship of the people of culture and the admiration of the public, which made her now one of the potentially great poets of history.
