Ace Frehley, the iconic guitarist and founding member of Kiss, dies.

The original lead guitarist and founding member of the glam rock band Kiss, Ace Frehley, who captivated audiences with his elaborate makeup and smoky guitar playing, died Thursday, family members confirmed to Rolling Stone magazine.
He was 74 years old.
Frehley passed away peacefully surrounded by his family in Morristown after a recent fall, according to his agent. His family said in a statement that they are “completely devastated and heartbroken,” but that they will treasure his laughter and celebrate the generosity he showed others.
