The Szczecin Rose Garden of Art also opens this weekend. On Saturday, it offers its traditional workshops, but also a new addition – something for the body and soul. And on Sunday, it features live music. Admission to all events is free.

A new addition to the program is planned for Saturday (August 23rd): Qigong – a gentle form of body and breathwork, as the organizers explain, that regenerates and strengthens from the inside. It's recommended to bring a mat and comfortable clothing. The class will begin at 10 a.m. and last approximately 45 minutes. It will be led by Karolina Kurpiel-Zawadzka.

Following these, at 11 a.m., the "Bee-Friendly Garden – Planning and Creation" workshop will begin. This is part of a project co-financed by the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage under the Cultural Education 2025 program – Rose Garden of Art – 17th edition. You'll learn how to plan a bee-friendly garden. We'll cover choosing the right plants, principles of garden composition, and practical care tips. This workshop is scheduled until 2 p.m.

On Sunday at Różanka, at 12:00 noon, there's another opportunity to attend an outdoor concert. This time, it's Queen's Champions, who will transport listeners into the musical world of the Queen legend – with energetic live arrangements. Featuring: Marcin Simiński – vocals, Wojtek Wójcicki – guitar, Kuba "Fiszka" Fiszer – drums, Kamil Żuchowski, Artur Park – bass, Grzegorz Kułaga – keyboards.

The organizer of the Rose Garden of Art series is the Szczecin Art Agency.

It's just a pity that there are no beautiful roses in this garden
