ANSR warns of emails demanding payment

The National Road Safety Authority (ANSR) warned this Monday that fraudulent emails are being sent in its name for the payment of fines, in which it is requested to click on a link, which should not be done.

These messages are false and should be ignored . Their aim is to convince the recipient to provide personal information or make undue payments. Under no circumstances should you carry out this operation,” ANSR stressed in a statement.

The organization also reminds that its notifications “are always sent by physical mail” .

ANSR appeals to citizens, if they have any doubts regarding an email requesting payments , to contact the organization by telephone on 214236800 or by email at [email protected].
