Homeless Museum to open in St. Petersburg, no promise of free admission for homeless people

A Museum of Homeless People will open in the historical center of St. Petersburg, the project organizers told RIA Novosti. The exhibition will be an anthology of vagrancy.

The museum will open on April 1 at 31 Gorokhovaya Street. “April 1 is a nice day, and it will already be warm,” the agency’s source noted.

The opening of the museum is primarily aimed at historical and educational purposes. "We will not engage in mockery or ridicule of anyone," promised a representative of the future museum. "We are not planning any dubious performances."

There will be a fee for admission to the museum. However, there are no plans to let homeless people in for free.
