Residents of house 12/1 on Yerevanskaya Street have begun choosing apartments in a new building under the renovation program – they are being offered relocation to the neighboring house 6/2.

"In April, over 180 Muscovites from a neighboring five-story building began to inspect equivalent apartments offered by the city in a new residential complex under the renovation program on Yerevanskaya Street. An information center for resettlement for them opened on the first floor of another new building in the district, previously transferred to participants in the renovation program - in building 28/4 on Kaspiyskaya Street," said Vladimir Efimov, Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Urban Development Policy and Construction.

Residents receive large apartments with spacious kitchens, hallways and bathrooms. The housing is rented with improved finishing, a full set of plumbing and lighting, allowing you to move in immediately after signing the documents.

Ekaterina Solovieva, Minister of the Moscow Government, Head of the Department of City Property, reported that the new building on Yerevanskaya Street has become the 8th residential complex in Tsaritsyno where residents are being resettled under the program. About 4 thousand residents have signed contracts for new housing.

The Minister of the Moscow Government, Head of the Department of Urban Development Policy Vladislav Ovchinsky noted that in the new building on Yerevanskaya Street, 2 apartments are adapted for people with limited mobility.

Earlier, the capital's mayor spoke about resettlement under the renovation program in the Pokrovskoe-Streshnevo district.
