The festival of peace in Anatolia

Hakkari was the first stop for the festival, which the ministry is organizing for the first time this year. A rich variety of activities are planned for a wide area stretching from Yüksekova to Çukurca, Şemdinli, and Derecik, as part of the festival, which will take place from August 22nd to September 4th. With a packed program ranging from cinema and theater to children's activities and concerts, "An Anatolian Festival" aims to provide unforgettable experiences for art lovers of all ages. As part of the "An Anatolian Festival," which kicked off today in Hakkari, visitors visited the children's village established at the Hakkari Stadium and the ministry's event location. Halay performances were held on the observation terrace, while a gastronomic event was also a highlight. Following Hakkari, "An Anatolian Festival" is also planned to be held in Tunceli, Şırnak, Bingöl, and Bitlis in September.
