Jennifer Lopez Arrives in a Dramatic Black Gown for Broadway Night Out With Emme Muñiz
On April 3, Jennifer Lopez attended the opening night of Good Night, and Good Luck on Broadway, arriving in a dramatic black velvet gown and detachable cape by Saiid Kobeisy. One of her 17-year-old twins, Emme Muñiz, joined her for the occasion.
Lopez’s strapless black gown had a plunging neckline. Its billowing white cape extended to the floor and added volume to the otherwise sleek look. Lopez completed the ensemble with a diamond necklace and a small black clutch.
The Maid in Manhattan star first posted an Instagram with Muñiz, who wore a black suit, white shirt, and patterned tie for the outing. She followed with a nighttime selfie offering a closer glimpse at her smoky-eye makeup.
On April 4, she shared a photo from the evening to her Instagram Stories with film producer Elaine Goldsmith-Thomas and wrote #ClimbingInHeels.

Good Night, and Good Luck, which opened at the Winter Garden Theatre, marks George Clooney’s official Broadway debut. The show is a stage production based on Clooney’s 2005 film of the same name, which he co-wrote, directed, and starred in.
Lopez and Mũniz have made multiple appearances together during Broadway’s spring season. On March 23, Lopez and Muñiz attended the opening night of Othello, where Lopez wore a crystal-embellished two-piece look from Zuhair Murad.
Lopez’s latest appearance comes shortly after reports that she is not currently dating following her divorce from Ben Affleck. A source told People last month that she is content focusing on work. “Life goes on and if anyone can move forward and be positive about it, it’s Jennifer,” the insider said.
