A week full of art will be experienced in Izmir

Izmir will host a rich cultural and artistic program ranging from theater to concerts, opera to exhibitions between October 20-26.
The Izmir State Theatre will present plays to art lovers on various stages throughout the week. The Bornova Cultural Center Bozkurt Kuruç Stage will feature "The Silver Skates" and "The Curious Case of Rüstemoğlu Cemal," while the Karşıyaka Ragıp Haykır Stage will feature "The Picture of a Liar," "Three Selfish People at the Bus Stop," and "The Red-Winged Owl."
The Izmir State Opera and Ballet will present the opera "Midas's Ears" to art lovers on October 25th and the children's play "Şekeronya" on October 26th at the Bornova Cultural Center Necdet Aydın Stage.
The Izmir State Classical Turkish Music Choir will perform "Songs About Love" at the Ahmed Adnan Saygun Atatürk Cultural Center on October 23.
The Izmir State Symphony Orchestra will give a concert on October 24 at the Ahmed Adnan Saygun Art Center under the baton of conductor Jesko Sirvend and accompanied by violin soloist Marc Bouchkov.
WORKSHOPS, SEMINARS AND TALKS AT İKSFIzmir Culture and Arts Factory (İKSF) will bring together art lovers with art workshops, seminars and talks throughout the week.
The "Archaeological Perspectives" talk, moderated by Cengiz Topal, and the "Feeling Good" workshop by psychologist Ayşegül Şener Çevikayak will be held on October 20.
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Selahattin Özkan will hold a seminar titled "Vikings: The Dark Kingdom of the North" on October 21st, and Dr. Burcu Bostancıoğlu will give a talk on "Art Therapy" on October 22nd.
The week will continue with the "Pattern with Colored Papers" workshop on October 23rd and Nurdan Karacabey's "Literature to Hold on to Life" talk on October 24th.
Additionally, the "32nd Year in the Footsteps of the Gazi" art exhibition will meet art lovers on October 24 at the Ahmet Adnan Saygun Art Center, under the direction of curator Emine Kılçık Tiğin.
